If you are planning a holiday and wish to maintain your dog’s usual home environment and routine, our overnight stay service at Alpha B Dog Training is the perfect solution.

This service is ideal for dogs who may become anxious in unfamiliar settings and for owners who value having their home cared for while away, ensuring your dog receives unparalleled attention and care. Our service is meticulously designed with your dog’s comfort in mind, featuring a professional trainer who resides in your home.

While this is not a 24-hour service, rest assured, your dog will never be left alone for more than six hours. We provide customised exercise and mental stimulation tailored to your dog’s specific routines and needs, promoting a happy and balanced experience.

**Service Overview:**

We offer a comprehensive overnight stay, where our trained staff, fully insured and adhering to our rigorous protocols, ensure your pet’s well-being.

For pricing, our standard rate is £40 per night, which covers care for up to three cats and dogs. If you have more pets, an additional charge of £10 per pet, per night, applies.

Care for small animals and plants is included at no extra cost.

Please note, if you require our staff to arrive before 7 pm on the first night or stay past 8:30 am on the final morning, a surcharge will be applied, and prior agreement is essential.

Additional charges may also apply during festive periods, such as Christmas and New Year.

**Medication and Routine:**

We are fully proficient in administering medications oral injections or otherwise, ensuring continuity in your dog’s care with clear instructions provided by you.

**Meet and Greet:**

A complimentary meet and greet allows you to meet our trainer, offering an opportunity for any queries and ensuring comfort with our service.

If you have a preferred member of staff or any restrictions on staff you are happy to carry out this service (including if you would not be happy with multiple staff splitting the duration of stay incases where a single staff member is able to facilitate

For staff members privacy you must disclose any cctv or recording devices that are inside the property (ring door bell or cctv on the property exterior is excluded)

If any other persons has a key and is likely to enter the property (including family members, friends, cleaners or dog walkers ) you must disclose each planned visit and not permit anyone to access the property unplanned while a staff member is residing.

I understand that to reserve this booking I must pay a nonrefundable and non transferreable deposit of £10 per night within 24hours of a staff member confirming my booking (after meet and greet for new customers)

Our staff will be present with your dog for as much of the day as possible, ensuring they won’t be left alone for more than six consecutive hours. Your dog's happiness and well-being are our top priorities.

2. **Additional Engagement**:

In the rare instances when your dog may need to be alone for longer periods, we will arrange for an alternative staff member to visit for a walk or companionship. We will always discuss these plans with you in advance to ensure your peace of mind.

3. **Routine Respect**:

We recognise the importance of maintaining your dog's usual routine. We will have a comprehensive discussion during our meet and greet to capture any specifics, and we will make every effort to adhere to your established schedule while we care for your beloved pet.

4. **Open Communication**:

Should any injuries or incidents occur, including any damages to your property, we will report these to you within 24 hours. For major incidents, you will be notified immediately, because transparency and communication are essential to us.

5. **Physical Exercise**:

Each dog in our care will receive a minimum of one hour of physical exercise daily, unless otherwise specified for medical reasons. We believe that a happy dog is an active dog!

6. **Mental Stimulation**:

We’ll provide various forms of mental stimulation each day to keep your dog engaged and entertained. Think of us as your dog’s personal playmate during our stay.

7. **Continuous Company**:

Our staff will provide constant companionship to your dog whenever we are in your home, unless otherwise agreed upon. Your pet deserves love and care around the clock.

8. **Privacy Assurance**:

We respect your home and your space. Our staff will not allow anyone else to enter your property without your explicit consent. At Alpha B Dog Training, we treat your dog as if they were our own. **Terms and Conditions for Alpha B Dog Training Overnight Stay Service**

We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for your dog while ensuring clarity in our service terms. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Access to Property:**

- While a member of our staff is residing in your home, you must not permit anyone access to the property without prior agreement and consent from that member of staff.

2. **Accurate Information:**

- All information provided on the forms must be accurate, up-to-date, and truthful. This ensures the safety and well-being of your dog during its stay.

3. **Care Hours:**

- You understand that our service is not a 24-hour care service. There will be periods during which your dog may be left unattended. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any destructive behaviour your dog may exhibit during these times.

4. **Dog Routine:**

- We will endeavour to adhere to your dog’s usual routine; however, please understand that it may not be feasible to replicate this entirely due to various factors such as staff availability and your dog’s specific needs.

5. **Emergency Protocols:**

- In the event that your designated staff member is unable to carry out their duties due to an emergency, we require you to approve an alternative member of staff or make alternative arrangements for your dog’s care through your emergency contact.

6. **Supplies:**

- You are required to provide all necessary supplies for your dog during its stay, including food, waste bags, and treats.

7. **Veterinary Responsibilities:**

- You accept full responsibility for any veterinary bills that may arise during your dog’s stay, including any medical emergencies.

8. **Liability for Damage:**

- You are liable for any damages caused by your dog to staff members, other dogs, itself, or your property during the duration of the stay.

9. **Living Facilities:**

- You must ensure that the member of staff has adequate living facilities during their stay, in order to maintain a comfortable environment for both staff and your dog.

10. **Off-limit Areas:**

- If there are any areas of your property that are off-limits to the member of staff during their stay, you must notify them accordingly.

11. **Unexpected Extensions:**

- Charges for unexpectedly extending the stay may vary from our standard rates at the discretion of the designated staff member.

12. **Cancellation Policy:**

- Cancellations made within a seven-day period will incur a charge of 50% of the outstanding bill for that day. A failure to comply may result in the refusal of future services.

13. **Non-transferable Deposits:**

- Deposits are fully non-transferable and are applied specifically to the dates booked.

14. **“All Needs Met” Care:**

- In the rare event that we are unable to provide our standard luxury service, we may offer an “all needs met” service. This level of care ensures that all of your dog’s basic needs are met, including feeding, watering, and essential sanitation requirements. However, it may not include some of the more luxurious treatments typically offered, such as allowing your dog to sleep in the same room as the staff member or providing extended hours of physical exercise and mental enrichment activities. This alternative care may be necessary due to your dog’s physical condition, behavioural issues, or staffing restrictions.
